Vendor Support
Small food vendors, makers, and family-run operators feed our neighbourhoods every day. Your support funds the grants, training, and visibility programs that keep them showing up.

Backing the small operators who feed our communities.
Behind every food market, every street stall, every family-run restaurant is someone who's chosen to feed people for a living. They are the backbone of how our communities actually eat. Small food vendors and makers — many of them immigrants, many of them family-run, many of them operating without the safety nets larger food businesses enjoy — keep our neighbourhoods nourished and our cultures alive.
Table For Us exists in part to make sure these operators have what they need to keep showing up.
Your support for Vendor Support funds:
Vendor grants. Direct funding for small food vendors facing equipment costs, licensing fees, market entry barriers, or growth investments.
Training and capacity programs. Business development, food safety certification, and operational support that help small vendors scale sustainably.
Visibility platforms. Foodville Festival and year-round community events that give small vendors paid platforms to reach new customers and grow their brand.
Vendor advocacy. Representation in front of city officials, market organizers, and policy makers shaping the food economy in Toronto.
When small food vendors thrive, communities eat better. This pillar is how we make sure the people feeding us have the resources to keep doing it.
